José Ernesto Dos Santos

Associate professor, Division of Nutrology, Department of Internal Medicine, Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeirão Preto, Universidade de São Paulo. Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Internal Medicine and postdoctoral training in Clinical Nutrition in the United States. Responsible for the obesity outpatient clinic of the University Hospital of Ribeirão Preto, and participant in the selection and follow-up groups for obese patients undergoing surgery for weight loss.
